If you have added curtains to your shopping cart and would like them to be shortened to a custom length then also add this service to your shopping cart, choosing the option from the drop down which is the same width as the curtains you are purchasing.
On the final page checkout page when completing your order there is an 'Additional Information' box. Please indicate in this box which curtains you would like to be shortened and the length you would like them to be shortened to. Please provide your required length to the nearest inch or half inch.
Please allow 7 - 10 working days for delivery of your complete order where this alteration service is used for one or more pairs of curtains.
1. Alteration price is the price per pair. If you would like more than one pair to be altered please add additional alteration charges to your shopping cart.
2. Alteration is only available on curtains with 3" heading tape and alteration is made from the top of the curtains. We currently do not offer an alteration service for curtains with eyelet or tab top headings.
3. Curtains are altered to the nearest inch or half inch to the length requested. It is your responsibility to provide the correct measurements for alteration and we cannot accept any responsibility if these measurements later prove to be incorrect after alteration has been made.
4. Curtains which are supplied to a custom length are considered to be custom made items and as such are exempt from distance selling regulations and may not be returned unless faulty.
5. We reserve the right to refuse to provide an alteration service, as in rare cases it is not possible to provide an alteration service for a curtain due to limitations in the design or construction. Should this be the case you will be contacted as soon as possible.
6. This alteration service is only available at the time of purchase of the curtains and is not offered on curtains which have been previously purchased or purchased elsewhere.
