In the event that our couriers are unable to deliver your goods due to there being no one available at the delivery address stated on your order, a card will be left which will enable you to contact the couriers to re-arrange delivery for another convenient day (Monday - Friday). If our couriers are not contacted within 5 days to re-arrange this delivery then the order will be returned to us and a second delivery charge may apply.
Returns and Refunds Policy
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 working days from delivery. You must notify us by phone of your intention to cancel within 14 working days from delivery. After notification we will issue you a returns number that you must quote on the paperwork when returning the goods.
If your product you have received is damaged or faulty when delivered, please contact our Customer Services team on 0161 871 8479 who will notify you of our returns procedure.
You have up to 30 days from delivery to report if your items are faulty or damaged. We can issue a prepaid label that will cover the cost of returning the item to us if the product you've received is faulty. In order to receive a refund for a product must meet the following criteria:
- Goods must be returned 'AS SOLD' in the original packaging complete 'AS NEW'.
- Goods must be complete, unused, and in 'AS NEW' condition (eg if you have opened the box to examine the product it must have been done so without damaging the box and packaging or damaging the product in any way) and must be re-packaged as received.
- Products that are sent back unpackaged or with damaged packaging will incur additional costs for the labour required to repackage the item.
- Items which have been opened and are unfit for resale.
- Goods must be returned to our Returns Department within 14 days of authorisation. We are unable to accept returns of un-wanted and non-faulty items after the 14 days.
- Any 'FREE GIFTS' with the products must also be returned.
- All curtain poles and tracks must be inspected at the point of when the courier is delivering the item. Before signing for the goods, please inspect them item and the packaging and if the item or packaging is damaged, please inform the courier and sign and ensure that you have ticked the damaged box on the couriers hand held device or paper work. If this fails to be done, we will not be able to accept the item back as damaged.
- All blinds must be inspected within 24 hours. Any faults with the product must be be reported immediately. Please inspect the item and the packaging and if the item or packaging is damaged, please inform Linens Limited and if this fails to be done, we will not be able to accept the item back as damaged.
Full refund of the cost of the goods is wholly conditional upon the above conditions being met and the refund authorised only after a full inspection of the goods by our Returns department to check for completeness and correct product return.
- Goods received back complete as NEW and unused and in original box and packaging including all accessories and in a re-sellable condition:
You will be refunded the full invoice amount less cost of delivery.
- Goods received back not in a re-sellable condition:
We are unable to accept these back under the above terms and the goods will be returned back to you and the cost of delivery charged to you.
- All curtain poles, tracks, blinds, rugs or accessories returned for a general refund will be charged a handling fee of 15% off the product price.
